Synopsis

A father and a son return from the crematory. The rice ball made by the father was round and too big, and it was different from the mother's rice ball flavor. But the son finished eating the first one and reached out for the second one.

Director Biography

Yusuke acted in more than hundred Independent films, and also in drama series, commercials and so on. One of his film "Happo-en" was nominated for the official selection for the short film competition of the 67th Cannes Film Festival. He worked as a leading actor and a producer of the film named "Bifurcation", which he made the original plan of. It had special screening for the 38th Outdoor Short Film Festival of Grenoble. His first film as a director is this latest one, "RICE BALL".
