After training at the Conservatory of the City of Luxembourg and training in the United States according to the Meisner method, Cecilia Guichart attended the staging of several plays including 'Angels in America' and 'La Nuit juste avant les forêts'. In cinema, she made her debut in Luxembourgish co-productions such as 'Our Children' by Joachim Lafosse, ‘L'Orchidée' by Cyrus Neshvad, and ‘Blackout' by René Manzor. After ‘Left to their senses', ‘Traces' is her second short film as a director.
